HMNDP Landscaping privacy policy. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are under GDPR and CCPA. Effective 2026-06-15.

What we collect

Anonymous analytics. We use server-side analytics that record page views, referrer URLs, country (not city), and aggregated device type. We do not use Google Analytics or any cross-site tracking pixel on the editorial site.

Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and store it via our email service provider for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Direct contact. If you email us at any of the addresses on the Contact page, we receive your email address and the message you sent. We keep this until the inquiry is resolved.

What we do not collect

We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell your data. We do not run a programmatic ad network. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any equivalent.

Your rights

GDPR (EU/UK readers). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. Email privacy@hmndp.org with a verification of your email address and we will action your request within 30 days.

CCPA (California readers). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Same email: privacy@hmndp.org.

Cookies

The site uses session cookies only (login sessions, comment authentication). No third-party tracking cookies are set on the editorial site.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will post the updated version with a new effective date and notify newsletter subscribers via email.
