No financial support is provided for attendance and if you are going to ask for it, please contact the official delegation of your country.
Poster Recomendations
Posters sessions will start between 08:45 and 09:15 on the right side of the hall. Panels will placed in that area and it is expected to display two posters at each of the panel (vertical, A0 size). Jose Camacho (jcamacho@wmo.int) and other WMO will be in that area to help you.
During coffee breaks it is expected that others attendants could walk around in that area and to ask for more information so, we would encourage to the authors to be present at this specific time near your posters.
Also photo groups could be taken at that moment that could be broadcasted through the HMNDP website.
Displays will be on site until the closing of the afternoon session when you are requested to retrieve your posters.

Poster rules
Posters have to be edited in A0 size (1189 x 841 mm) or (46.8 x 33.1 in) vertical – portrait to allow display of two posters per panel. Please do not use landscape orientation, make a good balance of text and figures and use fonts according your common sense (no rules specified).
